Is this your starting point?

Pick up the conversation.

Choose a follow-up when you already have a starting point and want to reconnect with it. Perhaps your working week has changed, a previous idea raised another question or you want help organising what to discuss next. This is a focused continuation rather than a repeat of a full first conversation.

What the session looks like

01

Reconnect with your priorities

Begin with the main points from the previous conversation. Decide what still feels relevant and what no longer matches your week.

02

Look at what happened

Discuss what was easy to fit in, what was difficult and what surprised you. The aim is understanding the context, not grading how closely you followed a plan.

03

Agree what to revisit

Summarise the questions you have answered and the ones that remain open. Keep the next conversation proportionate to what you need.

Questions before you choose

Can I choose this for my first nutrition visit?

The 60-minute nutrition consultation is the clearer starting point when you need to introduce your situation. A follow-up leaves less time for that initial context.

What if my priorities have changed?

Say so at the start. A useful review can begin by recognising that an earlier focus no longer fits your circumstances.
