Is this your starting point?

Start with what matters now.

Start here when you want time to describe your eating routine, ask questions and explore what a useful nutrition conversation could cover. There is no expectation to arrive with a food diary, a target or a perfectly organised week. The starting point is your everyday life: the meals you share, the time you have and the practical questions on your mind.

What the session looks like

01

Get the everyday picture

Talk through how meals fit around work, home, preferences and the people you eat with. You can explain what feels straightforward and what takes more effort.

02

Choose a focus together

Turn a broad list of questions into a manageable conversation. Your practitioner explains what belongs in the session and what needs a different kind of support.

03

Make the next step clear

Recap the points discussed, clarify anything unfamiliar and decide which questions would be useful to revisit. A follow-up is a separate choice, not an automatic commitment.

Questions before you choose

Do I need to prepare a detailed food diary?

No detailed diary is needed to understand the format. A few notes about an ordinary week can help you decide what you would like to discuss.

How is this different from a follow-up?

The first consultation allows 60 minutes to establish context. The 30-minute nutrition follow-up is for returning to a narrower set of questions after an earlier conversation.
