Is this your starting point?

Pick up the conversation.

A movement follow-up is for a returning conversation with a more specific focus. It makes space for questions about the practical experience of a routine: the time available, the activities involved and the parts that need clarification. It is not a replacement for a first assessment or an opportunity to rush through several unrelated concerns.

What the session looks like

01

Return to the starting point

Recap the earlier discussion and name the question you most want to revisit. Agree a focus that fits the shorter appointment.

02

Explore the practical experience

Talk about the circumstances around your routine, including changes to your schedule or environment. Ask for any unfamiliar wording to be explained.

03

Clarify the next conversation

Bring together what you have discussed and note any open questions. If a different appointment format would be more appropriate, make that distinction explicit.
